Sit and Go
Sit and go tables are exactly that, Tables in which you can sit down whenever you like (if there is a free space) and leave whenever you like. The two major differences between a sit and go table and a tournament are
  • You take as much money to the table as you like as long as it is within the limits if any
  • Blinds do not go up after a certain amount of time

These tables in my opinion are not as good to practice as you have the potential to lose (and win of course) a lot more. People on sit and go tables tend to play a lot more conservatively.
